Franck Christoph Yeznikian
Composer
Franck was born in 1969 in Besançon, France. After many musical experiences, he embarked on the path of composing, starting to study acousmatic music with Denis Dufour and Jean-Marc Duchenne. Very quickly, his meeting with Klaus Huber will determine his commitment to written music and he will take the opportunity to study the medieval counterpoint with Gérard Geay. While continuing to study privately with Huber, he completed his composition studies by obtaining his higher degree with Robert HP Platz in Maastricht in 2002. Among the prizes won are the Besançon International Competition for orchestra with Lacrimis Adamanta Movebis, a prize from the Akademie der Künste Berlin and a prize from the city of Salzburg.
